Job Title: Logistics Coordinator Job Type - WFH (Female) Candidate must be under Age of 26. Responsibilities: - Voice Process (Cold Calling) - Coordinate with customers to secure loads through excellent negotiation skills - Ensure on-time delivery of goods from the market to our registered trucks - Foster strong relationships with customers to secure consistent loads - Collaborate with internal teams and transporters to secure loads - Follow up with supervisors to ensure timely loading and unloading of vehicles - Work closely with senior officials to understand targets and follow up with team members - Demonstrate ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Requirements: - Excellent Communication skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills Note: Training will be provided starting from your joining date.  A company SIM card will be provided after you successfully complete the interview process. The Incentives will be as follows:  Placing Vehicle Types. 20/22/24 FT (Small) - 170 per order,  32SXL (Medium) - 250 per order,  32MXL (Heavy) - 370 per order.
