China to UK

Key Responsibilities

• Communication with service providers

  : Must have stong spoken,verbal and written ENGLISH language communication skills to communicate and co-ordiante with forwarding agents and delivery partners.

• Freight Management

  : Manage and oversee complete logistics cycle for sea shipments from China to UK.

• Customs Documentation & Compliance

  : Prepare, process and maintain all necessary shipping and customs documentation (Eg. Bill of LAding, Commercial Invoice, Packing list etc.)

• Payment co-ordination

  : Verify and process supplier payments on time and co-ordinate with accounts team for payment release.

• Warehouse co-ordination

  : Co-ordinate with warehouse manager for effectively booking incoming shipment's deliveries and optimizing delivery volumes.
