Logistics Coordinator

You will be responsible for covering regular activities and reporting for the SC Planning team. This includes coordinating and compiling ROA reports as part of the daily operation. Your tasks will involve order management, order fulfillment, complaint management, document preparation, and connecting with various stakeholders to expedite processes. You will also be required to prepare daily ROA lifting reports. **Key Responsibilities:** - Handle order management and order fulfillment processes, including follow-up with different stakeholders - Coordinate with CS and Plant/PLF focal for order closing - Manage customer complaints with root cause analysis, closure, and claim settlement - Prepare documents for open account customer orders - Prepare daily ROA lifting reports **Qualifications Required:** - Experience in Supply Chain Management for Warehousing - Experience in Customer Service and Logistics Coordination Please note that this is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance, provident fund, yearly bonus, and day shift schedule.
