Logistics Coordinator

As an ideal candidate for the position, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to order management, documents, air freight services, road transport, knowledge in computer applications, shipment coordination, inventory control, vendor & supplier coordination, documentation & compliance, cost optimization, customer support, process improvement, safety & quality control, and reporting & analysis. Here is a breakdown of your key responsibilities: - Ensure timely processing, tracking, and delivery of customer orders. - Be well-versed in vehicle documents & goods documents (invoice & e-way bills and pod). - Have a good understanding of Air freight services and road transport. - Possess knowledge in Advance Excel, MS Word, and MIS. - Plan and coordinate transportation, ensuring on-time deliveries. - Monitor stock levels and manage warehouse operations efficiently. - Communicate effectively with transporters, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers. - Maintain accurate records, invoices, and ensure regulatory compliance. - Control transportation and warehousing costs to enhance efficiency. - Address delivery issues, delays, and provide updates to customers. - Identify gaps and enhance logistics processes for better efficiency. - Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality guidelines. - Prepare reports on shipments, inventory, and logistics performance. Please note that the job type for this position is full-time, with a day shift schedule. Proficiency in Hindi is preferred, and the work location is in person.
