Logistics Coordinator

As a candidate for the role, your responsibilities will include: - Coordinating with warehouses, 3PLs, and courier partners to ensure timely pick-up and delivery. - Monitoring real-time tracking of shipments and proactively resolving any delivery issues. - Ensuring accurate data entry and synchronization between the order management system (OMS) and logistics systems. - Tracking delivery SLAs and reporting on delivery performance, delays, and failed deliveries. - Optimizing dispatch schedules to improve speed and reduce delivery costs. - Collaborating with e-commerce and inventory teams to manage order flow and stock levels. - Analyzing logistics KPIs and recommending process improvements. - Ensuring compliance with shipping regulations and internal policies. The qualifications required for this position are as follows: - 2+ years of experience in e-commerce logistics, dispatch, or fulfillment coordination. - Proficiency with OMS, WMS, and logistics tracking systems. - Strong understanding of last-mile delivery and courier partner operations. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. - Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data analysis. If you meet the preferred qualifications, it would be a plus: - Experience working with major e-commerce platforms. - Familiarity with reverse logistics and return management. - Knowledge of regional and national courier networks. - Basic understanding of inventory control and warehouse operations.
