About this Role The Network Stock Solution (NSS) is an integral part of the EVO Financial system, serving as the primary system for network inventory and physical asset management. The VOIS Asset Marketplace team supports each local market upon request. The Asset Marketplace BAU Support SPOC will engage with all Vodafone local markets to provide timely support on queries, issues, and training needs. This role also involves providing end-to-end support for resolving technical issues and acting as a bridge between local markets and the IT Ops team. Who are you You are an expert in Warehouse, Logistics, and Inventory Management with at least 3 years of experience in a similar profile with a reputed organization. You possess strong knowledge of SAP WM, Power BI, and SQL. You have the capability to identify and ensure effective utilization of aged inventory across Vodafone local markets. Additionally, you are proficient in Data Analytics. What you will do Manage day-to-day issues related to the Asset Marketplace for all local markets and provide resolutions to ensure business continuity. Perform various logistics analytics. Participate in logistics analytics projects, perform testing, and support end-to-end delivery. Highlight opportunities for markets to sell their aged inventory into the Asset Marketplace. Produce exception reporting and BAU reporting on AMP governance. Engage closely with local market Heads and logistics on BAU management and future improvements. Track incidents and service requests by coordinating with the EVO Service Desk and ensure incidents are closed within the required SLA. Prepare training materials as needed and extend the required training to local markets. Provide savings calculations for each request to the VPC CM and engage with local market SCM SPOC to record savings in Ariba at regular intervals. Make recommendations and enable decisions that can be directly linked to SCM and the wider business objectives. What skills you need Expertise in Warehouse, Logistics, and Inventory Management. At least 2 years of experience in a similar profile with a reputed organization. Proficiency in SAP WM, Power BI, and SQL. Capability to identify and ensure effective utilization of aged inventory across Vodafone local markets. Expertise in Data Analytics.
