Direct is responsible for the achievement of sales targets in the Direct business and conversion of leads to customers at a Branch or Area Office. The role holder acts as the 'face' of the organization and liaises with brokers, used dealers and customers out in the field.

2. Achieve sales targets through generation of new customer leads
3. Provide efficient customer service and minimal turnaround time
4. Manage and complete the loan application documentation process, as per CIFCL policy
