Role Description

We are seeking a Local Sales Manager/Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in Ernakulam. The individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include managing sales operations, coordinating with clients and internal teams for timely delivery, preparing reports, and strategizing to drive business growth in the local market.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and business development skills, including the ability to identify and approach potential clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for managing sales targets and client deliverables.
• Knowledge of the construction materials industry, including aggregates, M-sand, and P-sand, is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in using sales software and tools for tracking performance and generating reports.
• Flexibility to work on-site and travel within the local market in Ernakulam.
• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Experience : 3-5 years post qualification experience

Salary : 2.4 lakhs to 3 lakhs per annum
