As a Transport Manager at Cochin Granites Pulickal Associates (CGPA), your role involves overseeing daily transportation operations, managing a fleet of vehicles, supervising drivers, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to clients. Your responsibilities will include route planning, scheduling, optimizing operations, maintaining vehicle compliance, and coordinating with customers to address their requirements effectively. Additionally, you will be responsible for the upkeep maintenance of a fleet of 7 excavators.
