Role Overview: As a Client Relationship Manager, your main responsibility is to source new clients for various loan products and guide them through the loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation requirements. You will assist clients in completing and submitting loan applications, coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and internal teams for processing, and focus on building and maintaining long-term customer relationships. Achieving monthly sales and conversion targets, updating the CRM regularly, and managing follow-ups proactively are also key aspects of your role.
