Loans Officer

As a Micro Loans Officer at the Frontline Microfinance Institution (MFI), your primary role is to facilitate the growth and development of the business in new villages within the specified radius. Your key responsibilities include: - Business Development in New Villages: - Identify potential villages based on demographics, economic activities, and financial needs - Conduct feasibility studies to assess the viability of the villages - Assist the Meeting Centre In-Charge (MC-IC) in the village approval process - Sourcing New Clients: - Identify potential clients and form Joint Liability Groups (JLGs) - Facilitate completion of application forms and KYC verification - Conduct residence and business verifications - Provide pre-disbursement training - Promote loan products to potential customers - Loan Disbursement: - Collect required KYC documents from clients - Assist in completing the loan disbursement process - Ensure proper documentation of loans - Collection of Current Dues: - Conduct group-wise collections as per the scheduled plan - Deposit collected money following company policies - Update records in the MERC system - Collection of Overdues: - Follow up with defaulters using portfolio reports - Collect overdue amounts and ensure timely deposits - Support MC-IC in initiating recovery actions against defaulters - Maintain accurate collection records in MERC Qualifications required for this role include: - Any Non-Technical Undergraduate (UG) degree - 12th pass candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Financial Institution - Age criteria: 21 to 33 years Mandatory requirements: - Two-wheeler (bike) - Valid Driving License (DL) You will be entitled to a competitive compensation and benefits package, including an Annual CTC of 2,04,000 to 2,34,000, monthly incentives based on performance, ESI & PF benefits, Group Life Insurance, Family Medical Coverage, Group Personal Accident Insurance, and performance-based additional incentives. This is a full-time position with day shift and morning shift schedules, offering additional benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund.
