Loans Officer

As an All Loans Advisor, you will be responsible for understanding customers’ financial requirements, recommending suitable loan products, managing end-to-end loan processing, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients, banks, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage leads for all loan categories (Home, Mortgage, Personal, Business, Car, and Credit Card).
• Assess customers’ financial profiles, eligibility, and loan requirements.
• Explain loan products, interest rates, processing fees, and terms & conditions clearly to clients.
• Collect and verify loan documentation and ensure completeness of files.
• Coordinate with banks and NBFCs for loan approval, sanction, and disbursement.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated with the latest loan products, credit policies, and RBI guidelines.
• Provide excellent after-sales service and customer support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate (Bachelor’s in Commerce/Finance preferred).
• 1–5 years of experience in Loans / Banking / Finance / DSA sector.
• Strong knowledge of multiple loan products (Home, LAP, PL, BL, etc.).
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Basic computer and documentation skills (MS Office, CRM tools, Email).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
