Role Overview

The Field BDE will be responsible for client meetings, field visits, coordination, document collection, and managing the loan process end-to-end. This role requires daily client interactions, strong follow-up skills, and coordination with banks/NBFCs.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct daily client meetings in PCMC area.

- Understand customer loan needs and explain suitable loan products.

- Coordinate and collect documents (KYC, income proofs, etc.).

- Handle complete loan processing with banks/NBFCs.

- Maintain follow-ups and provide status updates to customers.

- Build strong market presence through networking and field activity.

- Achieve monthly sales targets (Home Loan, PL, BL, Mortgage, etc.).

- Maintain daily reporting and visit records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
