Job Description

Job Description: As a Voice Ability in this role, you will be responsible for identifying and understanding various terminologies used in the US. This includes grasping terminologies such as Pool Cess Pool vs Swimming Pool, Shingles, gator crossing, half bath, and patios. Additionally, you will need to have knowledge on generating and analyzing reports, as well as performing research on error reports generated by applications. Your tasks will involve data research and analysis, processing work in workflow tools, and providing process improvement ideas to enhance productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and understand various terminologies used in the US - Generate and analyze reports - Conduct research on error reports - Process work in workflow tools - Provide process improvement ideas Qualifications Required: - Education: Graduate - Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in BPO Transaction Data Processing background Data Warehousing In this role, you will also need to remain in a stationary position (standing or seated), use a computer keyboard, and view data on a computer screen for up to 95% of your work hours or shift. Flexibility to work in late evening shifts as per client requirements is essential. This position specifically requires a Voice profile. Please note: Team Management responsibilities are not applicable to this role.,
