Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Loan Recovery Lead located in Hyderabad. The Loan Recovery Lead will be responsible for managing recovery processes, coordinating with clients and insurance companies, conducting training sessions on recovery procedures, and maintaining compliance with industry standards. The role also includes providing support to individuals undergoing addiction recovery and ensuring effective communication across teams and with stakeholders.
