Senior Loan Processor / Underwriter (Private & Hard Money Lending)

📍 Fully Remote (U.S.) | 🚨 Immediate Hire

Levine Capital is a nationwide private and hard money lending platform working with institutional capital providers to fund Fix & Flip, DSCR, and Ground-Up Construction loans.

This is not a training role.

What You’ll Do

• Process and underwrite Fix & Flip, DSCR, and Ground-Up loans

• Manage loan files end-to-end through clear-to-close

• Review appraisals, rehab budgets, and scopes of work

• Submit and manage loans through lender portals

• Coordinate with ROC Capital, RCN Capital, title, insurance, and borrowers

• Track conditions and maintain an accurate pipeline

• Communicate clearly with all parties involved

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years U.S. private or hard money lending experience

• Hands-on experience with ROC Capital and/or RCN Capital (or similar institutional lenders)

• Strong underwriting and financial analysis skills

• Excellent English required — fluent speaking and writing is mandatory

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive

• Proficient in Excel, Word, and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)

• Able to work independently during U.S. business hours
