Job Description

Job Description: You will be responsible for handling walk-ins enquires and supporting customers at the branch for KYC and documentation up keeping. Additionally, you will provide customer services and orientation, as well as in-house cross-sell of a canvas of products (only inside branch). Your role will involve interest collection calling, informing the need for updated callings to existing customers, and handling a few backend tasks at the branch. Furthermore, you will be tasked with prospecting and identifying new leads, pitching to clients, and providing client service to existing customers. You are required to manage all aspects of customer relationships.
