Ujjivan Small Finance Bank limited, a subsidiary of Ujjivan Financial Services Ltd, commenced its operations on February 1, 2017, and attained Scheduled Bank status in August 2017. With 752 branches across 26 States and Union Territories, the bank aims to serve unserved and underserved customers outside the formal banking system, with a mission to build a leading mass-market bank within five years.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Loan Officer based in Varanasi. The Loan Officer will be responsible for evaluating and approving loan applications, managing the loan disbursal process, and ensuring compliance with underwriting practices. The duties also include providing excellent customer service, guiding clients through the loan process, and maintaining accurate records of transactions.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Loan Origination and Underwriting practices
Knowledge of Finance and financial regulations
Strong Customer Service skills
Experience working as a Loan Officer is preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work on-site in Varanasi
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
