Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Loan Manager - Unsecured Loans, based in Gurgaon. The Loan Manager will oversee the end-to-end process of unsecured loan services, including client acquisition, portfolio management, and customer relationship handling. Daily responsibilities include analyzing loan applications, ensuring customer eligibility, supervising loan servicing activities, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize loan processes. The role will also ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and effective service.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Loan Servicing, Loans, and Portfolio Management
• Strong foundation in Finance and related practices
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional Customer Service
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Previous experience in unsecured loans or banking is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
