Role: Global Real Estate Specialist Location: Gurgaon | Experience: 6–8 Years (or demonstrated capability) Sector Focus: UAE/Middle East Real Estate Key Responsibilities: Identify high-potential real estate projects and developers across the Middle East. Forge partnerships with international developers and property aggregators. Pitch new investment opportunities to our existing HNI/NRI client base. Expand and deepen the client network for international real estate offerings. Facilitate property transactions end-to-end, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Oversee documentation and compliance for real estate transactions. What We're Looking For: 6–8 years of experience in Real Estate or BFSI sectors, with a proven track record in global property sales —especially among NRIs and Indian HNIs . Prior experience with the UAE real estate market is strongly preferred. Certifications like CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) will be an added advantage. Exceptional communication and high-touch client engagement skills are a must.
