Job Title: Loan Manager
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 10 years in banking, loan department, or MSME financing (Retired/VRS candidates highly preferred)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Loan Manager to support and guide MSMEs in financial and business development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking and loan processing, with a passion for mentoring entrepreneurs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with banks’ loan departments to facilitate MSME financing.
• Mentor MSMEs in accessing government schemes (ZED, LEAN, ESG, etc.).
• Assist entrepreneurs with registrations, licenses, and availing government benefits.
• Provide advisory on compliance, regulations, and business strategy.
• Guide MSMEs in preparing loan applications, credit documents, and financial statements.
• Conduct market research and identify fairs/events to enhance MSME visibility.
• Collaborate with government bodies, FPOs, cooperatives, and partner organizations.
• Organize training and capacity-building programs for MSMEs.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Retired/VRS bankers with extensive loan department experience.
• Strong knowledge of MSME financing, credit analysis, and government schemes.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
