Job Summary

The Corporate Bank DSA – Loan & Insurance Sales Executive is responsible for sourcing, marketing, and closing banking loan products and insurance policies through direct sales, field marketing, referrals, and corporate tie-ups. The role focuses on achieving targets while ensuring compliance, customer satisfaction, and long-term relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Loan Sales Responsibilities

Promote and sell Bank / NBFC loan products, including:

Business Loans

MSME Loans

Home Loans

Loan Against Property (LAP)

Personal Loans

Vehicle Loans

Identify potential customers through field visits, leads, referrals, and networking.

Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, EMI structure, and documentation clearly.

Collect, verify, and submit loan documents as per bank norms.

Coordinate with bank credit teams for approval and disbursement.

Track file status and ensure timely disbursement.

Maintain proper customer records and MIS reports.

Insurance Sales Responsibilities

Market and sell Life, Health, General, and Loan-linked Insurance products.

Educate customers on risk coverage, benefits, premium structure, and claims process.

Cross-sell insurance products with loans.

Ensure policy issuance, renewals, and customer follow-up.

Support customers during claims and service-related queries.

Compliance & Reporting

Follow banking, RBI, IRDAI, and DSA compliance guidelines.

Ensure ethical sales practices and proper documentation.

Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales and performance reports.

Maintain confidentiality of customer data.

Customer Relationship Management

Build long-term relationships with customers and referral partners.

Handle customer grievances professionally.

Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Minimum: Graduate in any discipline

Preferred: MBA / MSW / Marketing / Finance / Banking

Experience

Freshers may apply (training will be provided).

1–5 years experience preferred in:

Bank DSA sales

Loan sales

Insurance sales

Financial services marketing

Age Limit

Minimum: 21 years

Preferred maximum: 45 years (flexible based on experience)

Strong communication & convincing skills

Self-confident and target-oriented mindset

Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email, CRM)

Knowledge of banking & insurance products

Field marketing and lead generation ability

Customer-focused and ethical approach

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Knowledge of local language(s) and Hindi/English preferred

Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹70,000 per month (based on role & experience)
