Job Description:We are looking for a Personal Loan Executive who can source, process, and close personal loan cases. The candidate should have good communication skills and basic knowledge of banking products.Key Responsibilities:Generate leads for personal loans through calls, references, and field activitiesExplain personal loan products, interest rates, and eligibility to customersCollect and verify required documents (KYC, income, bank statements, etc.)Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for case login, approval, and disbursementFollow up with customers and banks for timely closure of casesMaintain customer data and ensure compliance with company policiesEligibility Criteria:Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferredExperience: Freshers or 6 months–2 years in personal loans/banking/DSAGood communication and convincing skillsBasic knowledge of loan processesSkills Required:Customer handlingSales and negotiation skillsBasic computer knowledge (Excel, email)Target-oriented approachSalary & Benefits:Fixed salary + attractive incentivesPerformance-based growth opportunitiesIf you want, I can also provide:Short JDJD for Bank / DSA / TelecallerJD in simple English or HindiJust tell me 👍
