Loan Doc & Proc Analyst

The Loan Doc & Proc Analyst 1 role is a trainee professional position that requires a good understanding of various processes, procedures, and systems necessary for carrying out assigned tasks. Your responsibilities include having knowledge of Term, Revolver, Prime, SOFR loans, and hands-on experience in booking/servicing these products. You may interact with other counterparties regarding positions and outstanding balances/claims. Supporting a wide range of products/services, you will follow established procedures to identify and resolve problems related to loan documentation/processing activities, making recommendations for process improvement. Designing and analyzing loan documentation reports for management requirements, support/control activities, and product/service launches are also part of your role. Ensuring minimal risk to the bank, you will monitor errors, suggest solutions, and adhere to audit and control policies. Timely management and escalation of inquiries/issues related to loan processing are crucial, along with demonstrating a strong understanding of loan products and processes and engaging with external customers to disseminate information. To excel in this role, you should have solid industry experience, particularly in Syndications/Bilateral Loans. Being proactive, collaborative, and able to work well under pressure with a sense of urgency are important attributes. A sound level of education, such as a Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience, is required.
