Job Title: Senior Associate/Delivery Lead/Manager/Assistant Director (Loan Operations, ACBS, Loan IQ, AFS) Location: Bangalore, Gurgaon (work from office) Work hours: US shift (5:30pm to 2:30 am IST) Department: Lending Services Experience Level : 3-12 years Job Purpose We are looking for a passionate, energetic individual to join our Lending Services division. You will be part of team working as an extension to our US based client ensuring we fulfill the applicable SLAs. Key Responsibilities - Loan Operations, ACBS Act as primary point of contact for clients on all servicing related activity for the banks direct/bi-lateral/Syndicated loan portfolio including advances, payments, rate changes, and ACBS system posting. Monitor and perform ACBS system input as needed for the timely administration of rate options, borrowing base adjustments, reduction to revolver schedules, and facility utilization changes as directed by the agent bank (in case of syndicated loans). Work directly with agent bank to balance and resolve any issues within the portfolio. Receive daily research and maintenance requests from lending officers and clients and perform the necessary analysis and system input required. Review and balance daily reconciliation reports for general ledger activity tied to loan servicing. Review daily exception reports, determining the necessary monetary and system maintenance required for resolution. Perform any research requests and analyze loan documentation as part of that research. Respond to client inquiries around loan balance, rate information, loan statement questions, advance and payment inquiries Key Competencies Min 4 years experience in Commercial Loan Servicing across Bilateral & Syndicated Loans Understanding of Lending Services lifecycle with excellent understanding of Loan Agreements, security agreements and other loan documents Excellent knowledge of ACBS Loan Management System is a must Good Understanding of Term Loans, Credit Cards, ACH, etc Commerce Graduate / MBA (Finance) Good understanding of Project Management principles Excellent written and spoken communication skills Client Management skills

Loan Operations (ACBS) Night Shift - Sr. Associate/Delivery Lead/Delivery Manager Notice Period - 0 to 60 days Work from Office Comfortable working in US Shift - 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST Role & responsibilities • Perform servicing activities in ACBS Rollovers, Advances, Paydowns, Past Dues, fees, deal setup, reconciliation and others New Loan Onboarding, renewals and rebooking when needed Setup and update the repayment schedules in ACBS Review Credit agreement and other loan related documents Setup Pricing Index & Rules, Guarantor, Facility, type of facility, CRA info, Repayment, maturity etc Assist Agency teams with any primary and secondary closings Maintain spreadsheets with Loan Trade information from initiation to Settlement Book the trade and process fees in ACBS • Process invoices for Broker and Clearpar Reconcile cash payments: open cash items vs expected payments Review and correct as necessary Settlement Standard Instructions Track Past Due payments, clean up unpaid and prepare reports per requirement Ensure compliance with the Banks data governance policies,standards and operational procedures Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project. Meet strict deadlines and ability to work under pressure Preferred candidate profile • Min 5-12 years experience in Lending Services • Understanding of Commercial Lending lifecycle with excellent understanding of Loan Agreements and other loan documents • Excellent knowledge of ACBS is must • Commerce Graduate / MBA (Finance) • Good understanding of Project Management principles • Excellent written and spoken communication skills

Loan Operations (US Shift 9PM to 5PM IST) - Deliver Lead Notice Period - Immediate Joiners Work from office Comfortable working in US Shift - 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM IST Role & responsibilities • Experience at loan level documentation review and transaction analysis. • Pre closing loan reviewing and post loan booked QC. • Ability to identify and define problems with documentation, loan origination systems, internal processes and procedures; research and analyze information and various situations relating to data management issues • Review moderate to complex loan documentation. • Reviewing of mortgage and other legal documents. • Strong knowledge of loan processing workflow and credit underwriting principals, and ability to apply critical thinking techniques to department audits. • Excellent understanding of US loan agreements, mortgage and other documents • Good knowledge of JHA Jack Henry Association and salesforce applications. Preferred Candidate profile • 3 -5 years of work experience, preferably in Banking/Mortgage Loan Operations • Candidate should be open to work in night shifts • Strong verbal & written communication to effectively communicate with stakeholders • Commerce Graduate / MBA (Finance) • Exhibit high levels of attention to detail
