Loan and finance officer

As a Manager in the Finance Department at HAPPY GROUP, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the Approved Project Finance (APF) processes, managing customer bookings and documentation, and ensuring smooth loan processing and disbursement. Your responsibilities will involve coordinating with banks and financial institutions, maintaining project documentation, overseeing unit availability and booking processes, and managing booking and CRM software functionality. Your role will also entail facilitating customer home loan applications, coordinating with legal and accounts teams for agreement and invoicing processes, ensuring compliance with RERA norms, and maintaining consistent communication with banking partners. Additionally, you will handle escalations, provide training and support to staff for efficient software usage, and ensure timely issuance of allotment letters. To excel in this position, you should possess an MBA in Finance from a recognized institution, along with 2-5 years of relevant experience in project finance, booking operations, or real estate finance. Proficiency in booking software/CRM tools, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and excellent communication, coordination, and team leadership abilities are essential. Strong stakeholder management skills, organizational skills, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with a customer-centric approach are also key attributes for success in this role.
