Additionally, you will handle escalations, provide training and support to staff for efficient software usage, and ensure timely issuance of allotment letters. To excel in this position, you should possess an MBA in Finance from a recognized institution, along with 2-5 years of relevant experience in project finance, booking operations, or real estate finance. Proficiency in booking software/CRM tools, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and excellent communication, coordination, and team leadership abilities are essential. Strong stakeholder management skills, organizational skills, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with a customer-centric approach are also key attributes for success in this role.
