To excel in this position, you should possess an MBA in Finance from a recognized institution, along with 2-5 years of relevant experience in project finance, booking operations, or real estate finance. Proficiency in booking software/CRM tools, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and excellent communication, coordination, and team leadership abilities are essential. Strong stakeholder management skills, organizational skills, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with a customer-centric approach are also key attributes for success in this role.
