Loan Advisor

As a Loan Advisor, your role will involve advising clients on a wide range of loan products, such as Home Loans, Personal Loans, Business Loans, Education Loans, and Loan Against Property. You will be responsible for explaining and assisting with loan refinancing, consolidation, and interest rate reduction strategies. Providing clear guidance on documentation requirements for each loan type will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will act as a client-facing representative, maintaining professionalism, trust, and a solution-oriented approach. Collaboration with internal teams and lending partners to ensure smooth processing and timely resolution of client needs is essential.
