Loan Advisor

Location: Madurai, Tamil Nadu (On-site)

Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Relationship Executive to join our Car Loan Finance team in Madurai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with customers over the phone, explaining loan products, assisting with documentation, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the loan process.

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Contact potential customers and explain car loan options and eligibility.

* Follow up on leads generated through marketing and referrals.

* Guide customers through loan application and documentation process.

* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and loan details.

* Coordinate with banks and finance partners for approvals and disbursements.

* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.

* Provide post-loan assistance and maintain strong client relationships.

* Support branch sales and promotional activities.

Requirements:

Qualification: 12th pass / Any degree.

* Excellent communication skills in Tamil (Basic English preferred).

* Prior experience in telecalling, finance, or loan processing preferred.

* Good negotiation and follow-up skills.

* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM).

* Target-driven and customer-focused attitude.

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month (plus attractive incentives based on performance)
