Position: Telecaller (Fresher / Experienced)

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic Telecallers (both freshers and experienced) to contribute to generating leads/sales or customer service through outbound/inbound calling. You will be responsible for influencing potential customers and maintaining client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

For Freshers:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers using a prepared script.
• Explain products/services in a clear and professional manner.
• Follow up with interested prospects.
• Maintain records of calls and feedback.
• Learn and adapt quickly to product knowledge and sales techniques.

Key ResponsibilitiesFor Freshers:

For Experienced Candidates:

• Engage with clients/customers professionally to pitch products/services.
• Convert leads to sales or appointments.
• Handle objections and close sales efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries.
• Maintain and update CRM or call logs accurately.
• Mentor or guide junior telecallers (if required).

Skills Required

Common (Fresher & Experienced):

• Good communication skills.(Tamil)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
• Positive attitude and convincing power
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

Additional (for Experienced):

• 1-3 years of tele calling or telesales experience
• Proven track record in lead conversion or customer service
• Familiarity with call center tools or databases.

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Incentives.
