Job Description: Position: Telecaller (Fresher / Experienced) Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for enthusiastic Telecallers (both freshers and experienced ) to contribute to generating leads/sales or customer service through outbound/inbound calling. You will be responsible for influencing potential customers and maintaining client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: For Freshers: Make outbound calls to potential customers using a prepared script. Explain products/services in a clear and professional manner. Follow up with interested prospects. Maintain records of calls and feedback. Learn and adapt quickly to product knowledge and sales techniques. For Experienced Candidates: Engage with clients/customers professionally to pitch products/services. Convert leads to sales or appointments. Handle objections and close sales efficiently. Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries. Maintain and update CRM or call logs accurately. Mentor or guide junior telecallers (if required). Skills Required Common (Fresher & Experienced): Good communication skills.(Tamil) Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools) Positive attitude and convincing power Ability to work under pressure and meet targets Additional (for Experienced): 1-3 years of tele calling or telesales experience Proven track record in lead conversion or customer service Familiarity with call center tools or databases. Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Incentives.
