As a Finance Advisor (Education Loan) at our company located in Sector 126, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201313, your role is crucial in identifying and developing strategic relationships with potential students seeking loans for their education. You will be responsible for building a strong pipeline of new students through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting. Your tasks will also involve analyzing the financial status of borrowers, monitoring and optimizing the pipeline's performance, maintaining regular follow-ups and feedback calls, creating lead engagement plans and strategies, and researching details related to various offerings. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and develop strategic relationships with potential students requiring a loan - Develop a strong pipeline of new students through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting - Analyze the financial status of borrowers - Monitor and optimize the pipeline's performance to ensure objectives are met - Maintain regular follow-ups and feedback calls - Create lead engagement plans and strategy - Research details pertaining to each offering and update them timely Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in any field or a related discipline - 6 months to 5 years of experience in the financial industry, fintech, or study abroad sector preferred - Demonstrable network in outbound student remittance market, student consultant, exchange companies, etc. - Consistent performance in sales environment, preferably in AD2 or sales profiles - Proficiency in MS Office, Excel & Power Point - Positive attitude, flexible nature, thriving in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment - Ability to work flexible hours - Knowledge of forex, outward remittance, and the markets is desirable - Analytical strength and willingness to learn In addition to the above, if there are any additional details about the company in the job description, please provide those details.
