ob Summary We are seeking a reliable and efficient Quick Commerce Picker to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be crucial in ensuring accurate and timely customer order fulfillment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent attention to detail, and is committed to meeting high productivity and quality standards.  Key Responsibilities Order Picking: Accurately and efficiently locate and pick items from shelves and storage areas according to customer orders using handheld scanners or mobile devices. Quality Assurance: Verify product codes, quantities, and check items for damage or defects before packing to ensure order accuracy and completeness. Packing and Staging: Securely pack picked items using appropriate materials (e.g., thermal bags for perishables), label packages correctly, and move completed orders to the designated staging or shipping area for delivery riders. Inventory Management: Assist with basic inventory tasks, including restocking shelves, conducting stock counts, and reporting discrepancies or expired products to the shift supervisor. Safety and Organization: Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene policies (especially when handling food items), and maintain a clean and organized work area. Collaboration: Work effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and contribute to overall operational efficiency.  Qualifications and Skills Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, or e-commerce fulfillment environment is preferred, but many entry-level positions offer on-the-job training. Technical Skills: Familiarity with handheld scanning devices, mobile apps, or warehouse management systems (WMS) for order processing. Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, the ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure, excellent communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset. Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry items for extended periods. Ability to lift and move packages, typically up to 10-15 kg. Physical stamina and manual dexterity for picking and packing tasks.
