LMS developer and Administrator (Moodle)

As a Learning Management System Administrator and IT Support at Ignite Education Group, located in Noida, your role involves the daily administration of IT and support for the Learning Management System (LMS). Your responsibilities include system configuration, user management, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a seamless learning experience for educators and students. Additionally, you will provide training and support for LMS users to meet the needs of both instructors and students effectively. **Key Duties & Responsibilities:** - System Administration and Learning Management skills - Strong Communication skills to interact with educators, students, and technical support staff - Experience in Instructional Design - Ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Conduct training needs assessments to identify development gaps - Collaborate with leaders across departments to enhance individual and team capabilities - Design and deliver engaging learning experiences - Develop blended learning content (e-learning, instructor-led, and workshops) - Lead and improve employee onboarding and orientation experiences - Build and manage content on the Learning Management System (LMS) **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in information technology, Education, or related field preferred - 1+ years of experience in LMS development (essential) - Experience facilitating live training sessions and managing onboarding programs - Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills - Confidence working with stakeholders across multiple departments - Experience managing learning platforms or LMSs (essential) - A passion for continuous improvement and creating positive learning cultures Ignite Education Group is committed to creating a transformative learning environment that empowers individuals to reach their full potential.
