RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct live streaming sessions showcasing products on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Drive sales conversions and maximize viewer engagement during livestreams.
• Actively engage with audiences in real-time: answer questions, respond to comments, and build community around the brand.
• Encourage and convert online audiences into buyers during live sessions.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to plan livestream scripts, product highlights, and promotions.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently demonstrate features and benefits.
• Manage basic technical aspects of livestreaming (setup, lighting, equipment, software).
• Monitor livestream performance metrics (viewership, engagement, conversion) and share feedback for improvements.
• Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a host, live streamer, or content creator.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Tamil is an added advantage.
• Professional on-camera presence with strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Energetic, confident, and engaging personality with the ability to entertain diverse audiences.
• Friendly, empathetic, and comfortable interacting with audiences in real time.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with livestreaming platforms such as TikTok Live, Instagram Live, Facebook Live, or YouTube Live.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, gadgets, and trending digital products is an advantage.
