RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and lead integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals, brand growth, and revenue objectives. Manage marketing budgets, and present performance insights to leadership. Oversee multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, influencer, events, email, paid media). Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team. Build partnerships with media, KOLs, influencers, and agencies. Drive brand positioning, product launches, and promotional initiatives. Oversee engaging, trend-relevant content creation across TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms. Monitor analytics, KPIs, and optimize strategies for growth and engagement. REQUIREMENTS Diploma or Bachelor's Degree or Masters in Marketing, Communications and Business Administration. 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, with leadership exposure. Strong understanding of digital marketing, paid media, and short-form video platforms. Proven track record in content creation, social media growth, and campaign management. Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills. Experience with budget management, CRM, and performance reporting tools. Creative, data-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
