Job Description

Role & responsibilities :

Drafting and Written Statement, Reply, Rejoinder, affidavit, Complaint etc.
Managed the litigation affair specifically Criminal Cases, FIR, Civil Suits Company matters including cases filed under 138N.I. Act, Execution Process/ Arbitration and All Recovery matter.
Lesioning with the local level police station, court officials.
personally, visit chronic default account and met Customer, Guarantor Convince them to regularized account
knowledge of the various stages of collections
Handling end to end legal process from notice stage to disposal of account.
Handling outsourced partners for legal which includes central notices shop, media vendor, lawyers and enforcement agencies
Should co-ordinate with branches and regions to handle different stages of SARFAESI/138/Arbitration Execution for a customer
Should be able to strategize the overall collection legal framework for the region.
Should be able to give case wise insights and recommend best legal tool for collections & recoveries
Managing NPA customer by personally visit at the customer place and Should be able to educate branches and train them on handling the various actions that are taken on a customer
Handling queries from branches
Should be able to analyse and do projections of the recovery that would happen every month
Should be able to deliver the desired recovery targets

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge about SARFAESI process and auctions
Knowledge of Sec 138/Arbitration act/Civil & Criminal Laws
Vendor handling skills
Interpersonal communication skills
Drafting templates for notices and also suitable replies on inward legal cases
Should have good analytical skills

Must haves for the role:

4-5 years of experience in the various stages of legal actions and collections
