Job Description

Listing Business team

Key Responsibilities:

Review offer documents submitted by Merchant Bankers for listing of securities.
Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations, especially SEBI ICDR guidelines.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for timely and accurate listing processes.
Handle SEBI ad hoc requirements and regulatory communications.
Support investment banking-related documentation and compliance workflows.

Skills Required:

Strong understanding of
Merchant Banking
and
IPO processes
.
Hands on experience in
Contract reviewing.
Familiarity with
SEBI ICDR regulations
and listing norms.
Experience in
Investment Banking
or
Capital Markets
is a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced regulatory environment.
