Roles and Responsibility Conduct thorough legal research on various matters related to the organization. Analyze and interpret complex laws and regulations to provide accurate information. Develop and maintain comprehensive databases of relevant laws and regulations. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address potential legal issues. Prepare reports and presentations summarizing research findings and recommendations. Stay updated with changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization. Job Requirements Strong understanding of legal principles and practices. Excellent research and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Familiarity with legal databases and software is an asset.
