Liquid Filling Manager

Process Liquid Filling Manager to lead the commissioning and start-up of liquid filling operations in Greenfield FMCG manufacturing plant. This role is critical in ensuring successful installation, testing, validation, and operational readiness of filling equipment and systems. The ideal candidate has a strong background in project execution, equipment commissioning, and scaling up production lines in FMCG (liquid products) environments. 

Pre-Commissioning Planning

o Collaborate with engineering, OEMs, and project teams to review P&IDs, equipment layouts, and utility requirements.

o Participate in FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing), SAT (Site Acceptance Testing), and equipment validation processes.

Commissioning & Start-Up

o Lead end-to-end commissioning of liquid filling lines (including utilities like CIP, HVAC, etc.).

o Ensure installation, alignment, and integration of liquid filling machinery in accordance with project timelines.

o Execute trial runs, performance qualification (PQ), and validation protocols for production readiness.

Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination

o Liaise with OEMs, automation vendors, and contractors during commissioning and ramp-up phases.

o Ensure compliance with project specs, safety standards, and quality expectations.

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS:

• 12–18 years of experience in FMCG manufacturing, with at least 3–5 years in greenfield or brownfield project commissioning.

• In-depth knowledge of liquid filling equipment (volumetric, flowmeter, piston fillers) and related packaging machinery.

• Proven expertise in commissioning activities, from installation to process handover.

• Hands-on knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety protocols, and FMCG quality systems.

• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and stakeholder management.
