" Job Title: LinkedIn Marketing Expert Job Location : Hyderabad, India Roles Responsibilities: Outbound Lead Generation: Develop and execute targeted email outreach campaigns to generate leads. Utilize LinkedIn to identify, connect, and engage with potential prospects. Craft compelling messaging and value propositions that resonate with target audiences. Monitor and Analyse the performance of outbound campaigns, adjusting strategies to optimize results. Maintain and update the CRM with accurate and up-to-date lead information. 2. Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Develop and implement ABM strategies to target and engage high-value accounts. Collaborate with the sales team to identify key accounts and create personalized marketing plans. Create customized content and campaigns tailored to specific accounts. Track and measure the effectiveness of ABM campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. 3. Inbound Demand Generation: Plan, execute, and optimize LinkedIn Ads Campaigns. Collaborate with the content team to ad copy, and other marketing materials that drive conversions. Analyse campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI and meet lead generation goals. 4. Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and ensure a seamless lead handoff process. Provide regular reports on marketing activities, performance metrics, and campaign results to stakeholders. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing efforts. Experience Required: 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS and B2C marketing, with a focus on outbound lead generation, ABM, and inbound demand generation. 1+ Experience of Outbound Email Lead Generation 1+ Experience on LinkedIn Outbound lead generation 1+ Experience on LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Recruiter Lite Proven track record of successful email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns. Experience with ABM strategies and tactics. Experience with LinkedIn Ads and retargeting strategies. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as part of a team.
