LinkedIn Lead Generation Expert (Night Shift) - Remote - Jaipur

We are looking for a smart, proactive LinkedIn Lead Generation Expert who can identify, connect, and convert potential clients for our business using strategic outreach and content tactics on LinkedIn. You will play a critical role in expanding our B2B network and building meaningful relationships that turn into high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute LinkedIn lead generation strategies aligned with company goals.
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to identify target decision-makers.
• Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages at scale.
• Manage and grow our LinkedIn profiles and pages to attract and engage leads.
• Research and segment potential clients based on industry, role, and engagement.
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies for better results.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for alignment on outreach goals.
• Maintain CRM entries and generate weekly lead generation reports.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in B2B lead generation using LinkedIn.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn’s algorithm, messaging etiquette, and automation tools (e.g., Sales Navigator, Dripify, Waalaxy, etc.).
• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
• Ability to write compelling outreach messages and call-to-actions.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and result-focused.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience in SaaS, agency, or consulting lead generation.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn ads.
• Basic understanding of content marketing and social selling.
