About the Role

LinkedIn Ghostwriter

Key Responsibilities

• Write high-quality LinkedIn posts on behalf of clients based on their tone, expertise, and personal brand.
• Conduct brief interviews or gather insights from clients to convert ideas into compelling copy.
• Research industry trends, competitor content, and viral formats to create relevant and high-engagement posts.
• Repurpose long-form content (blogs, podcasts, interviews) into concise LinkedIn-ready posts.
• Build and maintain consistent brand voice for each client.
• Develop content calendars and ensure timely delivery of posts.
• Collaborate with design or marketing teams for banners, carousels, infographics, etc. (if required)
• Track content performance and suggest improvements.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in ghostwriting or content writing (LinkedIn writing experience is a big plus).
• Strong command over English with excellent storytelling and copywriting skills.
• Understanding of LinkedIn’s algorithm, hooks, and content formats.
• Ability to adapt to different tones (formal, conversational, witty, thought-leadership, etc.).
• Strong research skills and ability to simplify complex topics.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work with tight timelines.
• Prior experience working with founders, coaches, agencies, or personal brands is preferred.
