Digital & Strategy Specialist

driving engagement, visibility, and brand personality on LinkedIn.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how authority is built online and can craft thoughtful, platform-specific content that stands out.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Managing Dwaraka The Agency Brand
1. Portfolio Storytelling
- Convert completed projects into high-impact LinkedIn posts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights, visuals, and behind-the-scenes elements.
- Highlight the creativity, problem-solving, and strategic thinking behind each project.
2. Thought Leadership & Brand Authority
- Develop content that communicates Dwarakas philosophy, approach, and creative expertise.
- Craft posts that spark industry discussions and position Dwaraka as a forward-thinking creative agency.
- Identify trending topics and create timely content that aligns with the agencys voice.
3. Community Engagement
- Respond to comments, participate in discussions, and maintain an active brand persona.
- Engage with industry leaders, clients, and potential collaborators through thoughtful interactions.
- Monitor platform trends and adapt content to maximize visibility.
B. Managing Client Accounts – The Service Side
1. LinkedIn Strategy Development
- Develop end-to-end LinkedIn roadmaps for each client.
- Conduct audience analysis, define brand tone, and set monthly content themes.
- Align content strategy with the client’s industry goals and business vision.
2. Ghost writing & Content Creation
- Write posts for client company pages, leadership teams, or brand channels.
- Adapt writing style across diverse industries (e.g., corporate, real estate, lifestyle, tech, food).
- Ensure brand consistency, clarity, and strategic messaging.
3. Organic Growth Execution
- Implement ethical and platform-friendly growth strategies.
- Optimize post formats, visuals, hashtags, and timing for maximum reach.
- Experiment with content formats (PDFs, carousels, thought posts, videos, infographics, storytelling).
4. Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare simple yet insightful monthly reports for each client.
- Track metrics such as reach, impressions, follower growth, and engagement rate.
- Share recommendations for future improvement based on data.
3. Required Skills & Qualifications
A. Core Skills
1. Exceptional Writing Versatility
- Ability to switch between multiple brand voices instantly.
- Strong command of storytelling, business communication, and creative copywriting.
- Experience writing for leadership profiles is a strong advantage.
2. Visual Communication Sense
- Understanding of what visuals work best on LinkedIn.
- Ability to brief designers effectively and communicate the kind of assets required.
- Awareness of content formats that improve engagement.
3. Client Interaction & Professionalism
- Comfortable discussing content, strategy, or approvals with clients when required.
- Professional, patient, and clear communicator.
- Ability to handle feedback constructively.
B. Platform Knowledge
LinkedIn Algorithm Understanding
- Understanding of best-performing post formats such as PDFs, text-heavy posts, storytelling formats, or carousel designs.
- Knowledge of content practices that reduce reach (e.g., posting external links).
- Awareness of platform updates and behaviour trends.
4. Desired Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in social media strategy, content writing, or brand communication.
- Experience managing multiple brand voices or leadership profiles is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with B2B and B2C communication styles.
