Linguistic Associates

Responsibilities:

  • Handle

    HNI customer queries

    in the required regional language.
  • Provide

    accurate information and resolution

    over call/chat.
  • Maintain

    customer satisfaction

    through professional communication.
  • Document customer interactions in the system.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for faster issue resolution.
  • Follow process guidelines and meet quality standards.

Required Skills:

  • Fluency in

    Bengali / Tamil / Kannada / Malayalam

  • Good English communication

  • Strong verbal & written communication.
  • Good listening and comprehension skills.
  • Ability to handle customers politely and professionally.
  • Basic computer skills and typing ability.

Qualification:
