Monitor food inventory and inform the supervisor of shortages or spoilage. Store food items properly to maintain freshness and prevent contamination. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Assist in cleaning and organizing kitchen tools, equipment, and storage areas. Requirements: Proven experience as a cook or line cook in a restaurant, café, or catering setup. Ability to follow recipes and prepare a variety of dishes with attention to detail. Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or holidays as required.
