Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and reliable Cook to prepare and cook food items according to established recipes. The candidate will ensure quality, taste, presentation, and hygiene standards while maintaining an organized and clean kitchen environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook food items as per recipes and portion control standards. Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times. Follow food safety standards and kitchen sanitation procedures. Monitor food inventory and inform the supervisor of shortages or spoilage. Store food items properly to maintain freshness and prevent contamination. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Assist in cleaning and organizing kitchen tools, equipment, and storage areas. Requirements: Proven experience as a cook or line cook in a restaurant, café, or catering setup. Ability to follow recipes and prepare a variety of dishes with attention to detail. Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or holidays as required.
