Dispatch & Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

Booking & Dispatch Management

• Manage and assign bookings through

  Logistifie Dispatch System

• 
  
• Monitor live booking status (pending, assigned, en-route, completed)
• 
  
• Allocate jobs based on driver availability, location, and vehicle type
• 
  
• Handle urgent, VIP, and last-minute bookings efficiently

Driver Coordination

• Communicate with drivers regarding pickup details, changes, and delays
• 
  
• Ensure drivers follow schedules and service guidelines
• 
  
• Track driver check-in, trip start, and trip completion via the system
• 
  
• Handle driver issues such as no-shows, breakdowns, or delays

Customer Coordination

• Confirm bookings and pickup details with customers when required
• 
  
• Handle booking changes, cancellations, and rescheduling
• 
  
• Provide real-time updates to clients on trip status

Operations & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to company SOPs and service standards
• 
  
• Verify trip details, passenger count, luggage requirements, and special instructions
• 
  
• Monitor SLA compliance and service quality
• 
  
• Maintain accurate booking and dispatch records in Logistifie

System & Reporting

• Use Logistifie dashboards to monitor fleet performance
• 
  
• Generate daily/weekly dispatch and trip completion reports
• 
  
• Escalate system issues or booking anomalies to the operations manager
• 
  
• Provide feedback for dispatch workflow improvements

Skills & Requirements

Mandatory

• Strong communication skills (English mandatory)
• 
  
• Ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously
• 
  
• Comfortable working in

  shift-based or night operations

• 
  
• Knowledge of

  route planning & GPS tracking

• 
  
• Customer service experience in transportation or hospitality
• 
  
• Basic computer & reporting skills (Excel, dashboards)
