Job Description

Ensure the safety of pool users by maintaining constant vigilance and enforcing pool rules and regulations.
Perform lifesaving techniques and administer first aid as required.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pool area and surrounding facilities.
Conduct regular equipment checks and report any maintenance issues promptly.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest enquiries and concerns in a courteous and efficient manner.
Contribute to the spa's sales efforts and promote various services and activities within the resort.
Assist in the smooth and efficient operation of the pool area, adhering to established standards and procedures.
Participate in regular training sessions to maintain and improve lifesaving skills and knowledge.
Comply with all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of pool chemicals.
Perform opening and closing procedures for the pool area as assigned.
Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to the hotel's uniform and grooming standards.
Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
