Librarian

Daily Responsibilities

• Library Maintenance
• Ensure library is clean and organized
• Check all books are properly shelved and categorized.
• Book Issue & Return
• Record books issued in library register (with student’s signature).
• Ensure timely return of books; follow-up with defaulters.
• Cross-check returned books for damage.
• Student Management
• Record daily attendance of students using the library.
• Ensure discipline and silence in the library.
• Coordination
• Support Branch Manager in maintaining student order and academic culture.
• Provide updates on library usage and issues weekly.

Weekly Responsibilities

• Verify and tally issue/return registers.
• Prepare usage summary for Branch Manager.

Monthly Responsibilities

• Check stock of books and report loss/damage to Branch Manager.
• Submit monthly library report (books issued, pending, defaulters).

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Korba, Chhattisgarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
