Role & responsibilities

Government Relations & Approvals

Act as the main point of contact with government bodies (Municipal Corporation, Town Planning, Environmental, Fire, Airport, Revenue, RERA, etc.) wizehire.com+13in.indeed.com+13expertia.ai+13.
Ensure timely submission of applications and follow up on permits (land, construction, environmental, zoning, occupancy).
Build and maintain relationships with senior officials to expedite clearances and approvals.

Problem Resolution & Dispute Management

Proactively identify delays, regulatory roadblocks, or conflicting approvals.
Liaise with internal teamslegal, project, complianceto resolve issues and escalate if needed.
Negotiate with authorities to address disputes, obtain waivers, and seek extensions or special permissions in.indeed.com.

Internal Approvals & Compliance (NOC Coordination)

Partner with cross-functional teams (legal, finance, projects) to ensure all internal NOCs are in place before external submission.
Lead internal approval workflows—collecting, reviewing, and escalating documents to senior management for sign-off.
Ensure alignment with organizational governance—environmental, safety, vendor policies—and escalate non-conformities as necessary.
